I used to scroll both TT and IG a lot. Both uninstalled. Had been desperate to reduce scrolling time. FB to go but so many friends on their who i can't visit (chronically ill, disabled more than one way). Happy with 💙sky and YT but need to cut down on YT scrolling tine

Are you praying just as hard for the 82 people killed in Gaza by Israeli strikes yesterday alone?
Or the more than 53,000 Palestinians killed by Israel since the Hamas attack?
