I've seen some strong stuff in tabletop rpgs with this. Bodily changes, mutations, or powers being a normal part of everyday people's reality. Not something to fix.

I've only played a little. But I'm pretty sure every dot on the map is there with every version.

Honestly I'd check out pdfs of Basic and Expert D&D and then blogposts. Alongside the awesome new stuff other people have commented about.
Something like OSE makes an awesome easier to read reference book. But I think looking at the original would be more illuminating.

This is super useful to me. I just get too embarrassed to do accents, and often my npcs all start feeling the same to me after a while. Latching onto one extreme vocal tic or behavior will really help I think.
