Well, no. Four ears won't increase the power of hearing, you're just adding an extra set, so you have just as good of hearing as those ears would have on their own, but with the added risk of sensory overload from too many noises because of the brain receiving that data from two extra.

Except it will often peddle conspiracy theories and far right propaganda to completely fresh users, so while this argument applies to long time users, anyone joining the website in the past decade has been dealing with the growing bullshit.
