Hahhahaha omg

Since Lazarus' season is winding down... I kinda want to see a version of Samurai Champloo that's more 70s/80s butt-rock focused. So basically this. www.youtube.com/watch?v=aoOQ...

You broke it, you bought it. I just wish so many people didn't have to walk on the shards like John McLane to get out. "President Trump appeared to be rapidly trying to get himself back to the middle by insisting the operation was a one-off." www.nytimes.com/2025/06/22/u...

This is all so stupid. In aggregate, more nukes = greater risk of large cities, nations, even the world being smashed to bits and lots and lots of people dying within minutes. BUT It's pretty clear that for nations, having nukes is way more valuable than using them. Even NK realized that.

Celebrated 50 1/2 years old with 1) a shingles vaccination (Hurry! Hurry! Get them while they last!) 2) and a prostate screening blood-test Weeeee!

Over 25,000 people showed up at the MN State Capitol yesterday. Plus the thousands who rallied, marched, and protested elsewhere in the state. Despite being told to stay home. Despite being afraid and grieving. Rather, *because* we were afraid and grieving, we came together and showed the fuck up.

Is there anyway I can get this installed in my finished basement next to my sauna? I think we are all going to need our own personal Orfield Lab quiet room. mspmag.com/arts-and-cul...

Posted up at a local bar for a sammy and a beer while I file my story about today's protests. but here's a story y'all might appreciate. While I was there I saw and older gentleman with this sign.

Melissa Hortman's last reskeet.

In DC near the capitol. This place is DEAD. It's HILARIOUS.

Ok if someone asks you how to prep for No Kings, don't warn them about kettles and tear gas, warn them about the literal sun. "Bring a hat, sunscreen, snacks, twice as much water as you think you need, and flag/sign of your choice. Wear comfy shoes. If your phone is old bring a battery pack."

I'm pretty sure I shortchanged Jim Lehrer in 1992 who as going to see a movie on a random afternoon. (PBS Newshour is/was filmed down the block)

I will be listening to end (well, most of them anyway) There Will Never Be Another ‘WTF With Marc Maron’ - defector.com/there-will-n...

Remember how mad folks were when Walz sent in the Nat'l Guard at Frey's request to deal with the Uprising. How quaint.

This is the. edition that sucked a Star Wars fan deeper into science fiction in 6th grade. Those marketers at Ballantine knew their audience.
