People slip between the cracks . Poor people . People without doctors . Without transport not everyone is privileged to have the education or the medical professional. Also there is a fear of the MMR shot . So this makes sense with timing. More education is needed for live vaccines and more doctors.

Let’s not lay blame on the mothers. Many reasons for them not being vaccinated as children and maybe they didnt even know. It’s not recommended to get a live vaccination during pregnancy. We have a few generations of people without family doctors. Again not laying blame but many factors here .
