Cursed phrase I just read: "... an url ..." Pronouncing URL like "curl" is extremely cursed, even though I pronounce cURL like "curl"

That a dude with a couple cameras and a plate of appetizers can make something worth $82.5 million and a media company looks at that and goes "couldn't we make even more money if we had AI do it?" tells you exactly how stupid these people are

I got my third immersive! I somehow have more three star than two star cards now. Yet all I want is that damn Mew. Nine away 😭

Why have I gotten incredible luck on this Venusaur event (five!!) and yet I'm still ten away from Mew 😭

Work is making me try GitHub Copilot. I'd really rather not send out proprietary code to another service, utilize unethically trained models, or need a crutch to do my job less well than I could.

Good morning, my fresh haircut. May it restore my gay powers for another week please 🙏

Do you write code for Apple platforms like iOS, macOS, visionOS, etc? If you are, let me know! I’d love to add you to a starter pack I can share with others so they can get started on Bluesky.

I wrote a blog post on the HTML <time> element, and my thoughts on how it could be upgraded to deal with timezones and locales. blog.jamesnl.com/posts/html-t...

Bluesky now has over 10 million users, and I was #983,463!

Microsoft in 2006: *sweaty and clapping* "DEVELOPERS DEVELOPERS DEVELOPERS DEVELOPERS DEVELOPERS DEVELOPERS DEVELOPERS DEVELOPERS DEVELOPERS DEVELOPERS DEVELOPERS" Microsoft in 2024: "we must plan for when, not if, Clippy says the N word"
