I think this is the one that my friend was sent last week by her boyfriend. She wasted about half a day piecing together the real story for herself.

Only if they pay him loads of money. He's a big megastar don't you know? 😉
(Or at least that was the response when someone I know wanted to put out some of his pre FYC material).

I seem to remember buying my first CD player in Rumbelows in the 80s. It was sold under the Sentra brand name and still just about worked when I tried it last year.

It was one of the first CDs that I bought. I also bought some of the singles just in case there was something unique on the B side.

I saw the name Alexandre and wondered if they had tempted Alexandre DeFossez back which would have been great for the kind of thing that I do - but it may be a bit too specialised for an article in a popular newspaper.

I saw another post on here last night that confirmed your thoughts.

Though at one point Hampshire was paying for home educated children to sit exams - but no longer.

Ukraine needs solutions developed quickly and small agile organisations are more likely to be successful than large lumbering defence contractors from western countries.
comment in response to

I'm not sure that the western defence industry is really geared up to developing novel solutions. When we started building AUVs one of the big defence contractors was trying to do the same thing with a much larger team. I'd like to think that we achieved more with a core team of just 6 people.

Also the white dots are always in front of the black dots. The only thing telling me that it isn't a picture of a cylinder is the dots are the same size and shape as they move across the screen.
comment in response to
post
The dots move at different speeds - slower at the edges and faster in the middle so this is obviously (to me at least) intended to look like a picture of a cylinder. If it was supposed to look like dots then they'd move at a constant speed across the picture.

Oh no - I missed that. Although I'm not really ready to go changing anything more at the moment.

My electric car is saving me around £1000 per year in fuel. A £300 tax would still leave me £700 better off.

Do they all have to be done in year 11? As a home educating family, we started taking GCSE exams from the equivalent of year 8.

My lad insists that every pizza has to have banana on it. Now that is certainly a clash of taste far greater than pineapple.

Seeing the band name has just reminded me of the old pirate station, Radio North Sea and their annoying jingle that went
"it's the music box that never stops
and we love it so
as bright as cherry lollipops
happy radio"
That will probably stay with me all day now.

I cancelled my regular contribution over this because they wanted me to pay more to avoid cookies. I've also stopped going to their website.

I guess that we may not hear anything official until that group issues its report. I guess that the big question is why the Spanish power stations dropped out in the first place?

This is mine just after it was put up last year. My friend Tegan, who helped with the base, said we should bury a shoe in the base for good luck. We didn't do that in the end, but whoever dismantles it will find our initials scrawled in the concrete.

So far it seems good - it looks much nicer than a plastic shed and erection was included in the price - although it only took two of them about an hour to put it up. It came from a company called Shedlands and it wasn't the cheapest but not too expensive either.

Like you, I went for a British made wooden shed on the recommendation of a friend for my current garden. Probably not as well organised as yours though as it currently contains some of my living room furniture as well as its normal contents.
comment in response to

Yes, the Keter shed that I bought a couple of years ago was made in Israel.

Be careful when buying garden buildings too. Many of the plastic ones are made in Israel.

For that price I'd want first generation analogue copies from the original master - not from the production master or any other type of copy.

Though the thread misses out on some vital context which may well change how the reader feels about the story.

My son's first and only experience of Roblox involved a dodgy looking conversation between two other players. We left very rapidly. My lad is now very computer literate and writes his own online games to play with friends but avoids established social media.

Around here there's still plenty of live music but maybe the venues are less conventional. Art galleries and breweries seem to be good places to see music these days.

My lad has actually finished his GCSE exams for this year - although he's only taking maths this summer. Cambridge started their IGCSEs a couple of weeks ago and his final exam was on Wednesday.

My father was a farmer's son and my mother a land girl so they didn't see active military service, although my father was a part time fire fighter so saw the effects of German bombs on both London and Portsmouth.

As a child I remember my parents and family often saying "during the war". At first I thought it was just a figure of speech because it was used so often. I was probably about 5 or 6 when I found out what they were really talking about and even older when I started to understand it.

Sadly they ignored AUV data - we collected quite a large area that would have qualified.

If you are buying software or using services that only work on one platform then you are going to have problems sooner or later. These days the best software runs on Windows, Mac or Linux and is just as happy on ARM processors as Intel.

Labour only seem to win elections when they have a more centrist leader. I was really pleased to see a Green councillor elected here a couple of years ago and I think they are the best alternative at the moment.

While it may not seem much, that will make a massive difference to the cost of an air to air system because they are so much cheaper to start with.
