Plans to unload them and move to newer, bigger buildings predate Trump. The FBI was starting the process when I worked there 20 years ago.

Those buildings are being sold off because they’re functionally obsolete, and in some cases, literally crumbling. They need to be demolished and, due to height restrictions, nothing large enough can be built on the land.

The worst movie I walked out of was “The Lobster.” It was just faux art house trash that tried to ride on Tilda Swinton’s performance. I left when the writer ran out of ideas and a dog got stomped to death to be shocking or something. What a pile of garbage!

We walked out of Billy Elliot during intermission because the songs were terrible. My husband dragged me to it and was apologizing for days because he felt bad for making me go. If I’m bored more than an hour into a movie I walk out.
