That good alternative is outside networking events in real life lol. I wish I was not joking, but in my experience in the last 3 years or so these have been an effective replacement for me, enabling just as many refferals as I used to get via linkedin.

The platform hit a good balance 2020 to 2023 then it just went downhill I blame a bad mix of narcissistic behaviour mixed with AI. The thing is as well stuff stands the test of time, phone calls, CV etc.. I try and focus on these.

I thought it was quiet on LinkedIn. Honestly I am thinking of building my own LinkedIn alternative where its main feature is it don't ban people 😂

I tried to do assembly on a mac mini m1 the other day, nightmare. I got a AMD Athlon 3000g going to switch to programming on that via linux lol.

I have over 1000 contributions for 2024, you know why though, economy is so bad all those contributions of mine is a change in financial data I manually did 😂 nothing to do with programming lol.

Have you had a chance to check out SFML 3? I seen a video on it and its come a long way in the last 10 years I think... Also I am looking forward to SDL 3, apparently will have 3D support. I like raylib but its too simplified for me haha.

No way to do in mac os x itself?
comment in response to post
No, I feel like theres no such thing as a perfectly balanced 3D environment. Unless you have some sort of super computer and math engine expert do the simulation.
comment in response to post
I need to figure out if I can do this on a mac mini m1 lol

I limit any test like this to one a month else it just makes me too agitated and angry, then where I usually get to the interview stage it shows.

nostarch.com/writing-c-co... this one but I think they have it all as blog posts also online. I don't think its beginner friendly in a sense the book but still a good book worth reading / trying to follow through. Which tiger book are you reffering to as now I am interested haha.
comment in response to post
Ah that’s fair main reason I was asking as I was not sure whether to buy the course on this basis but I will probably buy it some point anyway as the book I am using is using pseudo code which sometimes can be hard to follow / convert to something like ocaml and ocaml has quite the learning curve

Does this course use OCaml to make the language or actually in C/C++? I got a book writing a c compiler and makes more sense I think? to write in OCaml?
comment in response to post
I only managed to do one of these things today, maybe I relaxed too much lol.

Hi

I think it’s because a lot of businesses to just use it as an add on rather than implementing it as a strategy / hardware wise at the very core of there business.
comment in response to post
I shifted to rust recently for a game engine I am writing, because I am stuck with a mac, and I like this language better than Swift tbh lol.

flexispot.co.uk this is the desk I am thinking of getting cheap at £200 then to get a Windows / Linux PC just so I can access more graphics API's long term thinking of getting this slimbook.com/en/shop/prod... I don't need a powerful PC anymore, I can just use cloud or something for AI stuff.
