Thing is the Iranian nuke/weapons sites that we know about are IRL versions of the 2002 WMD fantasies. Buried deep inside mountains, completely self sustainable with water and power. You need to nuke them to maybe have a serious effect. Bibi has gambled everything on this, to save himself.
