I'm not saying believing miasma theory is good, I am saying is less bad then his actual belief which is health is based totally in your habits and so healthy people dont get sick so if you get sick you aren't healthy and it's your fault.

The parade was literally held during peak tourist season in front of the Smithsonian / National Mall. There would've been more people there had there NOT been a parade. lol
