Cute puppy ☺️! I like the occasional pet post. Maybe they come under the category of ‘helpful’ by adding some lightness to our world to balance out the challenging times.

Thanks for your hard work and advocacy. I rather like the zero COVID advocate in your bio - it’s a clear message and I’m happy to see a serious approach to an ongoing threat - it pushes back against the responses of normalisation, apathy and acceptance.

Great list. My kit also has small scissors to cut rolls of bandaids etc, a thermometer, and over the counter pain killers.
I also use lists on my phone and reminders on my watch to keep on top of everything.
Thanks.

I can read it all but had to navigate my way through a bit. It helped to know there were 18 points to look out for. Great thread thanks.

Thanks, great thread … and thanks for explaining how to access it all.

Yes, frequent recreational travel (and much business travel too!) is now such an intrinsic much part of Western cultures. It has become an expectation and a norm rather than a privilege which could be questioned. I’ve had conversations where travel is seen as a value rather than an activity.

I think caution is warranted but this photo is fine as everyone is distant and unidentifiable. If you’re feeling uneasy about sharing any family images, though, maybe just follow your instincts. I enjoy your photos- tranquil, often beautiful, atmospheric.

I’m on the other side of the world so I’m reading your affirmations just before bed. It’s a lovely way to finish the day.

I felt pretty uneasy about the Doherty plan at the time it was presented to us. It’s a long time since I can remember hearing it being mentioned.

Thanks so much for putting this together Mike. It shows what’s been happening so clearly. It reminds me of the climate stripes.

Sounds fabulous. I’m a fan of steel cut oats (twice daily usually!). Nice to hear from a fellow enthusiast. I’ll give the groats a try but the prep time is a bit daunting.
