It takes the total cases being looked at by @DOckendenLtd to circa 2,500 and means her report won't be publishes until June 2026.
But deleting of records will worry many families who have accused the trust of covering up serious failings.

Within MH I’d like for us to talk more about the impact of social care/ housing. So many initiatives/ attention is focused on the acute/ crisis end but these are the services that keep people in hospital longer and cause people to struggle in their communities. #nursesky
