This looks like a good idea. It turns out it wasn't initiated by HCR, so I've deleted her name from the image. I guess whoever thought it up is shy. I plan to do this, even though I can't spend any money anyway until I feel that my Social Security is safe.

Trump can in fact be blamed for this because: a) The underlying cause is HPAI, and Trump's freezes and directives have worsened that by wrecking the federal response, including detection and research. b) He hasn't proposed any solutions; he hasn't even said he'll stop wrecking the fed response.
