It's nice to see flat-rate pricing. It's time we show corporations we don't want subscriptions to everything under the sun. (And I know—I had to watch a bunch of YouTube to figure out GIMP—I just like that it's free).

Because of subscriptions, we now have free programs like Libre Office and GIMP so you don't have to pay for Microsoft and Photoshop.
