I don’t think the general public understands how much engineering goes into those energy drinks by food scientists. Is it that we’re depriving the poor of any food joy or is it that the drinks are so toxic we don’t want the costs rippling out into our healthcare system? Probably both.

Exactly. Voted for her and would do it again. I’ll happily give her a chance over someone who put Latino kids in cages and instituted a Muslim ban any damn day.

You wanna hate this guy because he made a mistake. I don’t, because my time and energy is better spent elsewhere on shittier people. I’m headed to sleep now, and probably not going to respond to this thread again. 💗

I don’t think cancelling people and calling people names on the internet is a good strategy for togetherness. And it’s really saddening to see his girlfriend dragged into it, because it feels like society gives this kind of misogyny a free pass. Women are not their man’s keepers.

Every NFL player definitely does not have to do this or have it in their contract. If you know any, ask them, and they will tell you.

Well maybe he will read your skeets and change his behavior. He has a podcast, so it’s not like he’ll be unaware what the internet is saying about him.

No, my original response was to a poster who was shaming her for his actions. I blocked that person when they started to get rude, but I’m not willing to punish any woman for a man’s mistake. And yes, he made a mistake, but he’s not a trumper so hopefully he learns his lesson. There are HOWEVER

I think his work largely centers around youth and mentorship, and supports them in a variety of fields. It’s worth going to his website if you’re curious. 87running.org/about/

I’m saying you’re free to do what you want. I don’t think my posts at this point will change anyone’s minds.
I’m not willing to cancel someone, because they made one mistake like this. I think the only way we get through this is to have as many allies as possible.

What LeBron has done for his city and here in LA is really incredible. I think he’s an outstanding example of people with power and money doing meaningful work in their communities.

they’re part of the cultural conversation. 🤷🏻♀️ I don’t really even like music with words though. My motive is I’m really sick of ppl blaming women for men’s mistakes. Anyways, these are the sources I usually read. lol, except the LA times. Only read that for free fire coverage.

I’m just a regular old person in Los Angeles. I don’t work in the entertainment industry, and I’m just a person who reads the newspaper everyday and research journals. I buy Taylor swift albums for the same reason I buy Beyoncé albums-

So call him out on it. But don’t act like he’s some kind of a super villian, which is what I keep seeing on this app. (I left Twitter to get away from mob mentality 🤦🏻♀️.) there’s a big difference between him and the ACTUAL trumper-misogynists on his team.

And for the people who keep coming after her in all of this: there is probably THOUSANDS of families in this country who had food on their table during her tour, because every city she went to she filled up with food pantries and food banks. She gave 100k bonuses to all her staff including the truck

But I’m pretty sure he’s an ally. I’m not going to cancel him or her for one misstep soundbite when they have YEARS of good works between them. 🤷🏻♀️ If you want to cancel him personally, go right ahead.

No, be wary of any woman who punishes another woman for a man’s mistakes. Be wary of anyone who burns the forest down for a tree. He runs a charity that serves supports underserved youth. He donates meals to kids who don’t get enough to eat at home. If he comes out as a raging trumper, cancel him.

I always buy Beyoncé albums (same as Taylor Swift), because they’re such an important part of our cultural conversation. I am not an analyst, critic or country music fan, but I fucking loved Cowboy Carter. That’s an album that really stuck with me and turned me into a fan. Really happy
