I claim the micro-generation Xennial... But that sucks. I'm as far left as you can get so don't blame me.
I'd like to see the comparison in number of votes though, Gen X is a small generation, this graph might be misleading setting them all to the same size

To turn out: I put the parchment over the banneton and then put a wooden peel on it, then flip the whole setup over.
I score using a razor blade attached to a wooden coffee stirrer. Then lift the parchment into the container.

the yt-dlp command line was the tricky part since i wanted to add meta-data from tiktok to each video, including the uploader name and channel name, any included song artist and title , and the full description as a comment, as often recipes will have an ingredient list. full command in next comment
