For example, people sometimes put their references in the email but not in any document. It's better to add a second resume page for references or attach a separate file than to include them only in the email, as the hiring committee may not see the email (or skip over it if they do!) 2/2

And then competency proceedings are difficult because you can’t order treatment to restore competency in cases of dementia. New models are needed. Thanks for the conversation!

And it’s important to differentiate more treatable conditions like delusion (from a variety of sources like medication, mood disorders, biological issues) from dementia.
