Hell yeah! Sounds like the kids get ice cream before dinner to celebrate the good news!

She’s just set off from the beach to get us more drinks. I’ll let it slide this time. Here’s my view while I smoke a little herbs.

And then when it’s nothing, you guys can get an ice cream together and talk about how that is a life lesson, we get sudden reminders how precious life is and that’s why we are having ice cream before dinner this one time or whatever. Sorry, not telling you how to raise your child just trying to help

I understand. I would just say that they themselves may have similar scares later in life when they are adults and how would you like them to handle such moments? Probably by lessening their own burden by sharing it with those important to them just so they don’t have to keep it all bottled up.

Also sounds like you are raising a very good kid.

Sounds like your kid is going to be your therapist so they won’t need one themselves later in life. Let them be the light you have worked so hard to create. Let them shine.

I don’t have kids so take this for what you will, but your kids will be able to handle it better than you and maybe then knowing makes it easier for you to cope which makes your vibe towards them to be how you want it to be.

My dad’s advice to me is: if all that worrying helped, I’d do it. And if that thing I was so
worried about happens, then all that worrying didn’t help at all. So remember the limited impact of worrying, as opposed to say: sharing your feelings with us, or writing it down, or going for a walk. Cheers
