Everything is worse with a lumpy, raggedy pillow.

So TL;DR we are all fucked

These are all good points. I suppose it all reduces down to the speed of the bots and whether they can reproduce to create additional bots. The horror of the cringe persists.

If we're real lucky then OG Jerry shows up at the end and obliterates the bots with a biting pun about how none of this matters anyway. I mean how could it otherwise end?

Also, of course by now you realize, this confirms the existence of multiple realities in the Jerry-verse, benefitting no one, which is to say, everyone..

Yet another example of the fetishistic need to show two sides to everything and how it begs the question as to the existence of a different legitimate point of view.

They should be careful what they wish for. We actually know how to govern because we aren't opposed to the core concept.

It's all the rage for Republican donors. Like a new, even more sinister variant of African Safari tours Donate big bucks and give us good publicity and you too can come ride-along while they snatch up refugee children and ignite fires just to blame it on peaceful protesters.

This point is so spot on. Every press conference or soliloquy screed is a case study in low functioning drug addiction; they shake and sway and sweat just to get through the next 5 minutes of pressure while rambling, idiotically.

And the proud boys are now running around impersonating federal officers, terrorizing people in the streets and nobody's even talking about it. They all wear masks and no bystander can possibly validate their identity, who they claim they are.

Also, illiteracy and innumeracy are enormous barriers. When less than half the population can read past a 6th grade level, even the most basic facts and appreciation for the high confidence in them becomes impossible for average people to grasp. It's manifesting in all of these horrid ways.

It's really tragic that so many high schools across America are consistently failing to educate their students in the kinds of meaningful, life changing ways that train critical thinking and foundational reverence for empirical evidence. These folks lack the basis of knowledge and facility with it.

In this case, it's far worse. Far worse. The percentage of their members and staff who have read the fucking bill in entirety is orders of magnitude lower. At least during the ACA negotiations and bill passage every single member on the left had a full staff workup on the provisions.

These kakistocrats are, redundantly, the very worst. They have to go down.

Quite literally, yes.
