1) When an actor is in the midst of negotiating or fighting for better wages/working conditions, you never swoop in and take their role. This is called scabbing and I shouldn't have to explain why that's an atrocious thing to do.

Accessibility in the voiceover industry is possible. Remote work helps provide an accessible option for disabled voice actors that cannot go into studio / live in hubs for a variety of health reasons. Studios making remote work, well, work, is why I have a career at all.
