I’m not saying due process can’t be reinstated if/when the tide changes. What I’m saying is prior to that reinstatement, use the powers available to help prevent these things from happening in the first place.

Considering Due Process is no longer a thing, that shouldn’t be an issue. The bigger issue is, assuming the Democrats will ever regain power. At the rate P25 is being implemented, elections are likely to be eliminated by the end of this year if not sooner.
