Mean while on conservative networks hosts, talking heads and punditry are free to say what ever they feel, on air. Live. Unapologetically. No fear of recrimination.
Points are scored when the comments are inflammatory and false

Fed purchasing is cumbersome and done with oversight. That is what congress did when they penned governing law.
As a former warren holder (authorized to purchase for gov) , I saw some waste, no fraud and abuse.
There are real checks, balances and penalties.
Had I seen fraud I would have snitched.

It's easier to move freight from Seattle to Boise than from Galveston. If blue states separated from the union, in this fictional scenario shipped goods would have to cross international borders if present routes were maintained.
Sure, red states have ports but blue states are better positioned.

Blue states have deep water ports, rail heads and refining. They can't be cut off because they're landlocked.

Is there a bounty on immigrants?
Is hatred the only motivator or is there some financial gain for the wannabes.
This is getting explosive.

The woman that defended Biden and policy every day was the problem.
Not a person that makes policy but the person that speaks for the president, whether in agreement or not, is the problem
In an organization that is sinking with questions about leadership and infighting, she's the problem
Got it.

What gets me is when I see news shows praising how charitable we are as Americans.
We give expired, processed, low valued (both in cost and nutrition) food that was destined for disposal and then broadcast a feel good holiday segment.
I volunteer at a food bank so I know it's more that that but..

Instead of polling the citizens of his district he will call his biggest and real constituent, a billionaire that lives who knows where, and work out a deal favorable to him.

Moderate democrats are willing to throw vulnerable constituents under the bus, for power.
Progressives won't. Progressives organize.
Liberals talk a good game but are insular and won't invite Black people into their spaces except to entertain or provide some service. And they give money.

Who doesn't believe that this has already been happening?
We've been getting positive jobs/employment numbers with layoffs 9thousand reported, ships empty, prices jacked.

The way they run when confronted kinda gives it away. Po po doubles down. They tear gas, truncheon and then shoot.
They might be feds, they might be ICE but they were likely drafted to this duty.
They show little enforcement training.
Which actually makes them dangerous.

I have a long haired Shepard and considered cutting his hair for comfort. The groomer advised me that hair also provides skin protection from UV and that I might consider whether my dog spends a lot of time outdoors.

You know how talking heads have a producer in their ear?
Why don't those reporters have fact checkers in their ears during a news conference.
It would make it a little more fun to have lies batted down real time than this scripted question and loon toon answer we're getting now.

I look forward to the day when AI is stable and reliable enough to do real time fact checking and could prompt reporters on the follow-up with targeted precision.

He mentioned "randomized control studies" as not done.
Are randomized controlled studies ethical with pregnant people?
I've been a study participant. A random study with disclosure made before during and after the course.
It seems to me that trials with the unborn might be a step to far.

Except these cuts don't fund tax breaks for billionaires. Billionaires would get tax cuts even with that same benefits paid to Medicare recipients.
Cuts to benefits and services are being done because the GOP Christians are a cruel lot.
Stop with the pretense of the GOP trying to manage a budget

It's the same in the U.S.. There are laws governing truck traffic interstate.
Each state has its own rules on weight limits, speed, emissions, and rest requirements that impact both compliance and costs.
