To keep myself from losing it over the Daily Horrors I make lists of every little thing I need or want to do. The purpose isn’t to complete it, but to feel a sense of forward momentum instead of paralyzation. Do Laundry. Make Lunch. Return Book. Draw a Thing. Take Pic of Ghost for Ma.
