Edmonton is a WINTER CITY. Understand that, and understand WHY we don't need bike lanes or anything else that some other cities may find viable. You NEED a car or truck to survive and thrive here, not a bike. I don't mind bikes, but when they take up critical infrastructure they are a nuisance.
