I seem to remember the touch screen was a pain going back instead of forward. Is the zone rigid or can it be moved?

OH will 💯 be asleep already! And with his snoring, he is not allowed to complain

I did try the paper white a few years ago and struggled without them. My (slightly arthritic) thumb and wrist joints hated the movement. The page clickers looked promising but I tend to lie on my side holding one handed, other hand under my head so I don’t think they’d work for me

Those are the reasons I can’t decide 😭 I wouldn’t mind the larger screen tbh but the Oasis does seem more prone to battery issues

Alphosyl is a brand name, and the main ingredient was coal tar - ask your gp about the following but you can also buy them over the counter (I work in a pharmacy). Good luck! Exorex, Neutrogena, Polytar, Psoriderm.

Fat soluble so take it with your largest meal of the day or the fattiest. Otherwise you’re not absorbing much and wasting your money x

There’s a few anti immigrant right wing bollocks on their TL that can be reported under the community standards. Every little helps!

Last year (well the year before) I was just constantly ill. Nothing worse than feeling permanently tired and crap x Make sure you take your Vit D with fat too!

Echinacea! I’ve been taking it daily since October and using the Lemsip nasal spray whenever a patient comes in coughing and *touch wood* I’ve not been ill like previous years. amzn.eu/d/8Q8KQEV

Bangkok can be too much but only if you go to those places. We always go a few streets away from the main bonkers strip. Much quieter and more food and massage than drunk tourists and ping pong girls. Food in Cambodia is a downgrade though unfortunately (if you love crab - Kep is *chefs kiss*)

BUT the food is better in Thailand.

Vietnam and Cambodia for me - though Thailand is easier as the backpacker route is so well established. But I think you’d enjoy Vietnam MUCH more as Thailand is basically all beach and temples. Vietnam has ‘stuff’ and not always deathly heat.
