"In my work with the defendants (at the Nuremberg Trials 1945-1949) | was searching for the nature of evil and I now think I have come close to defining it. A lack of empathy. It's the one characteristic that connects all the defendants, a genuine incapacity to feel with their fellow men.

I don't care how many junior staffs Hegseth or others throw under the bus. Hegseth HIMSELF was on the Signal group chat. He used his fingers to enter the sensitive military info into the chat. He bears 100% full responsibility for that -- no matter how many scapegoats he finds.

We had the reporter on tonight; @maddow has the whistleblower

AOC: I saw on Fox, Jeanine Pirro says that they found so many babies and two year olds and four year olds receiving social security. I got a notice for you Jeanine Pirro: those babies receive social security because their parents died. That’s not a waste. That’s humanity. That’s America.

Got a new one today when the press secretary accused him of being a "human trafficker" just absolutely out of thin air!

Oh my god you want me to find "evidence" before putting someone in jail? Every time?? Do you have any idea how long that would take

I want to tell you why the case of Kilmar Abrego Garcia should matter to you. The one power you cannot give the executive is the ability to imprison or expel anyone regardless of their legal rights. That is our key check against autocracy. And we are watching it disappear.

Let’s be clear. When the President defies the Supreme Court, it is the role of Congress to remove him from office. Full stop.

The Senator will be my guest tonight on @allinwithchris.bsky.social

Abrego Garcia's wife: "I will not stop fighting until I see my husband alive. Kilmar, if you can hear me, stay strong. God hasn't forgotten about you. Our children are asking when you will come home ... they miss their dad so much."

So now that Trump has told the supreme court can go stuff themselves, is there any chance that they regret granting him overreaching power to do pretty much whatever he wants to do with impunity? Or immunity?

What a contrast between how our allies get treated versus little dictators like Bukele. Not a word about him not wearing a suit either, as he petitions the US to expand his country’s mercenary penal colony by sending him more money.

"This is outrageous."

We traded Europe for a guy that builds concentration camps for profit.

For all of Republicans' talk about "Trump Derangement Syndrome" it isn't hatred of Trump that's causing the stock markets to go tumbling, and farmers and businesses to go under. That's caused by Trump's lack of understanding of how global trade works.

This part

This isn't The Art of the Deal. It's insider trading with a bad comb-over. Step 1: Tank the Market, Scare the Non-Millionaires Step 2: Let the Aristocrats Feast Step 3: Flip, but say ‘Winning’ Step 4: Pretend None of This Ever Happened & Get Your Media Dregs To Do The Same Rinse, Enrich, Repeat.

You can tell who the Good Guys are because they're the ones smashing a car window to drag a mother away from her child while wearing ski masks.

The problem is sociopathic corporate greed. 🧐

lol Fox suddenly very happy to show the Dow.

No. You’ve been watching stock market fraud.

I heart @brooke — telling a suicide bomber who blew up the economy due for no reason that he is brilliant is peak beta chode for Ackman.

Rep. Steven Horsford to Greer: "So the trade representative hasn't spoken to the POTUS about a global reordering of trade, but yet he announced it on a tweet? WTF! Who is in charge? It looks like your boss just pulled the rug out from under you. There is no strategy ... is this market manipulation?"

imagine being this pathetic, servile and eager to gulp up the slop

That’s because there weren’t any.

War hero schools a chickenhawk.

You set the house on fire, watched it burn, and then lost your nerve and put it out. You now have a partially burned house. Great job.

If Trump had half a brain, he would have ushered Pete Navarro out the door years ago. Alas, he does not. Maybe he'll listen to Elon.

I've been in business a long time, and I would like to share the number one way to tell when you are dealing with someone who doesn't know what TF they are doing: they are constantly reversing initiatives that THEY wanted put into place.

It’s a month since the administration detained and disappeared a green card holder, a lawful permanent resident. We cannot allow this to be normalized or forgotten.

Is it really "political" to point out that a certain someone is a complete blockhead with zero understanding of how the global economy works who is about to do immeasurable damage to the US? Because in my mind that's simply stating an obvious fact. You know, like "the sun rises in the East".

"After the last soldier was found, the Lithuanian government planned a procession for the soldiers’ departure on Thursday, with schools closing early and thousands lining the streets of Vilnius." That's behaving like an ally.

John Roberts is a horrible person and one of the worst Chief Justices we’ve ever hard

he did this just *after* going to the funeral of an 8 year old girl. he walks away from where the hearse is idling and immediately starts hyping this stuff again. www.washingtonpost.com/health/2025/...
