More like punch, punch, punch from MAGA and Suozzi saying "Can I please have some more of that?"

I am talking about the response in the first days, before power was consolidated and the Constitution was overthrown.

Rep. Eric Sorensen (D-Ill.) put it this way: “I have to serve the Republicans, the Democrats and the independents in my district and so for me, it meant sitting there and clapping.”
🤬🤮 WTAF?!?

In 1933, when Hitler became Chancellor, many Social Democrats sat silently as he packed the government full of loyalists, forced out civil servants, and used Weimar Germany's constitution to turn himself into an absolute dictator. Germany's constitutional republic died in just 53 days. #resist

Dems censuring @algreen.house.gov is unforgivable.
Green's action embodied the spirit and courage of John Lewis who said: "When you see something that is not right, not fair, not just, you have to speak up. You have to say something; you have to do something."
Do-Nothing Dems have failed. #resist

@golden.house.gov How can you even think of voting to censure @algreen.house.gov when his action is aligned with the very same John Lewis you seek to honor?

I really think that all elected Dems should show up, take their rightful seat, and then walk out in unison shortly after the address begins. Alternately, can you buy a bunch of MAGA apparel and put people willing to protest in disguise to get in the door?

We will use our Christmas money to donate extra to local community service orgs that help the needy and also by supporting Ukraine's defense. No big box spending. None.

85 years ago this month, Hitler forced then-Czechoslovakian President Hacha to send him a "congratulatory" telegram, praising him for having destroyed Czechoslovakia and wishing him a victory in the war. Trump is using the Nazi playbook.

Sorry, I don't go to Promise Keepers and I don't keep company with anyone like these two idiots. Your persistent theme seems to be that all men (including those who are pro-democracy) are solely responsible for checking these fascists. I say we need Everyone to hold them accountable, not just men.

In Kamala's own words: "I do not concede the fight that fueled this campaign. The fight for freedom, for opportunity, for fairness, and the dignity of all people, a fight for the ideals at the heart of our nation, the ideals that reflect America at our best. That is a fight I will never give up."

Agree. Converting Rogan and his listeners is not a viable strategy to mobilize resistance. It is talking into an echo chamber. Better to connect with the 90 million registered voters who didn't show up to vote.

Yes. You have correctly identified the problem. Not sure though, why you think having respected leaders speak up using their sphere of influence could not be part of the solution to mobilize people and rescue America from the terrorists currently in power.

Thanks for sharing your perspective. I have posted about wanting to hear from all former Presidents and VPs, not just Obama and KH. I agree that Bush, Clintons, Rice and many other influential men and women (regardless of party affiliation) should speak up publicly about the threat to America.

Also, the people who voted for them and donated time and money want to hear from them now.

You go ahead and roll over while saying "I told you so." That ain't me. And I sure hope it isn't our former Presidents, former VPs, and other leaders who have a platform and a love of country.

With all due respect, we don't have time for petty s*** like this. Most of us on this platform did vote for Obama and Kamala and we need them to be one of many guiding voices during this constitutional crisis. I'm about to put their faces on a milk carton.

Thank you Gov. Walz for speaking up in support of democracy and Ukraine. 🇺🇦 Do you know why our former Presidents and VPs are silent during America's crisis? We need everyone to speak up and resist this Administration's betrayal of the American people and our allies.

How is there no search or 'find my location' function on the website? Planning a nationwide march, but the only way to find one near me (for time and meetup) is for every person to scroll through all the events on March 4? If I am wrong, please advise.

These were actually USDS turned DOGE employees who were employed prior to this administration and who resigned en masse, refusing to compromise core government systems, jeopardize Americans’ sensitive data, or dismantle critical public services.

This MAGA administration is drawing from the same playbook.
