And yes. I spotted that as well.

I like the 6/8 versatility.

Historically he’s played more of an 8 than a 6, right? Where do you see him fitting in? And who is he competing with for minutes? Ostrák, Watts, both?

Wait. He goes by Chris?
Huh.

I don’t know, man.
That’s a textbook “yes, and also…” message if there ever was one.

With Emil Jääskeläinen not yet occupying a roster spot, he isn’t using his diacritics and can loan an umlaut to Morales for sure.

I found that statement most interesting. Given that “box to box” is often uniquely applied to midfielder, how does this apply to a striker? Or a CB? Wasn’t Klauss needing to come back into the defensive third a big part of the problem last year? Also Durkin getting too far up?

Likely fitness and form. Hasn’t been training with the team as he pursued his green card

Never gonna argue about food prices but doesn’t pretty much everything in Energizer Park get a 55-70% price hike?

Holy cow. Super excited to see @thestruts.bsky.social They put on such a fun fantastic show. Saw them in Atlanta last fall at Shaky Knees festival.
My pregame plans have shifted.

So, not holding an international spot, right? Also isn’t injured or sick. That’s good too.

Pats used to be a frequent visit for the family when we’d go to Forest Park or after visits to the science center or zoo. Some of the best fried chicken in town.

Whoa, a B? Is this home cooking or “it’s actually better when you see it in person”, or “I wasn’t a part of the doom squad when it was finally revealed in the first place” vibes

Check out Michael Lewis’ Against the Rules podcast this season. It’s eye opening and depressing.

If you can be successful without it I’d strongly stay away from betting sites unless that will be your angle. There’s plenty (too much) sports betting content in sports media.
Let us have an oasis.

Will likely come back next year if they participate as I have friends in Palm Springs and there’s plenty to do in the area during high season

It’s a good time but doesn’t give off a strong vibe in any sense. Not a lot of fanfare.
The food trucks were decent and not crazy priced. Had very brief exchanges with players a bit but mostly as they walking on their way to things.
No effort to greet and thank traveling fans and that is a miss

But likely not too different than being 2nd in line as a left back in a 4 back defense.

Yes and with Totland and others a bit under the weather as rumored/reported it’s good for Olof to stretch Hiebert and see where he can fill gaps. It’s telling, and risky, though that Hiebert is considered a 2nd string right WB in a 3-5-2.
comment in response to

Our offense in attacking 3rd was anemic the first half when Hiebert was advancing the ball in his position as a wingback in Totland’s place. He just isn’t our best option there.
He played much better in the 2nd half in his traditional role as the left CB.
