That’s one way to gain intelligence without investing directly in its acquisition.

Eh. You should rekey a place after tenants or yourself have moved.

It’s barely coded racism. It won’t win over so called moderates anyway, but it will cost the Labor party voters and support in the long run.
It’s a losing strategy, and adopters of it deserve to lose.

I really appreciate your patience and explanations. So, in the Unbound/Boundless case, the fact the money set aside for author royalties was (supposedly) used as part of an investment scheme wouldn’t be regarded as defaulting on a contract or fraud?
Thank you, again.

That’s rough.
So, in effect using “mens rea” against the authors, vs showing intention to defraud them of owed money by liquidating and selling assets (contracts) to a newly formed company.
The situation just reeks of not mismanagement but intent to take the money. I get the lack of proof.

I chose the wrong word, sorry. Perhaps “fraud” or “misappropriation of money” would be better.
Intentionally acting as a bad actor.

How is that not fraud? Or at least malpractice?
Genuine question, as I have no knowledge of UK law.

SeaBees are absolute badasses. They’re the construction equivalent to the Hospital Corps.
Construction under fire, improvised tools, and proper alcohol stills.
The CB teams I encountered in the USN were more than a little piratical in attitude.
