Lester, Betts, Bogaerts, now Devers. WS winners who left on bad terms. Ortiz was the last graceful exit. Pedroia was injured, nobody’s fault there (other than Machado). That’s a real problem. The message to young players is don’t buy a house in Boston. Your turn is coming.

Two other thoughts: * Is there a window for Yoshida now? Kinda? Maybe? * Devers wasn't Brooks Robinson, but he could play semi-passable 3B. But once he became a full-time DH, that contract was a disaster. $31.8M a year for 8 years for a DH? Schwarber is a great DH and he makes $20M.

Context-- LAPD left a handful of cruisers unattended and some heroes slashed tires and smashed windows. The pigs had to "kick" the windshield out to drive it.

Just so facts are facts. You're going to hear the other side say that there was widespread looting. Only report I have seen was at about 10:30 PM local time, which is not part of the "protest" but part of the aftermath

It's disturbing that all of this administration's leaders think it is their department's job to terrorize brown people. It is not the FBI's job to care about what is happening currently in LA. The FBI should be taking in facts and processing them, not enacting "law and order"
