Tips on going plastic-free? I’m taking some steps but it is EVERYWHERE - you can’t unsee it once you realize. How does one live practically and also try to not be a jerk to our planet? Tips welcome!

Morning thoughts… Changes come in our lives like the tides. Sometimes we see whitecaps, but generally it's pretty calm and peaceful on the beaches I walk. Be grateful for the peaceful times in your life. Take note of it and build strength for when the stronger tides come. #getoutthere

Always leave enough room in your life to do something that brings you joy. Every day. Lots of times, it’s the simple things right around you. Take a walk and take time to notice. Grateful to live by the water, which always brings me peace. Sending good vibes to all!

"I wish you a hopeful Christmas. I wish you a brave New Year." I just heard that Greg Lake song today - always loved those lyrics and really feeling it this year. Stay hopeful and stay brave, friends. ❤️

World news is stressful. Life is challenging. People are divided. How great would it be if we tapped into our full capacity to not drag each other down but to lift each other up? We are meant to help each other - and the cool thing is we can restart, each day, and do better. Go do some good!

“There is too much bad news to justify complacency. There is too much good news to justify despair.” - Donella Meadows Thankful for those who continue to push good out into our world. Happy Thanksgiving, all! 🧡

Good morning! Reflecting on this Mary Oliver classic… It is a serious thing just to be alive on this fresh morning in the broken world. (Don’t waste it!)
