This is a good read, been thinking about this lately… As we make flying less safe, fire staff who run our tourist destinations, act increasingly anti-everything and everyone, get agressive with our closest allies… who the hell would want to spend money here?🇺🇸 paulkrugman.substack.com/p/teslafying...

This is so vile… food banks get a lot of produce from local farmers. The nearby food bank in RVA serves hundreds of families every Friday, cars stack up in the parking lot until the line is in the street. I can only imagine how it is in an area still recovering from a natural disaster.

It’s a wild thing, social media… A place where in a few seconds time you can see new photos of distant galaxies, and old footage of Carl Sagan saying how we’re all made of star dust. Then you also get to see all the ignorant, uncurious, anti-science bullshit many other star dust creatures believe.

Something I don’t see mentioned often is the nazi propaganda in video games. Since the late 90’s, I’ve seen it broadcasted in all the major channels in almost every single video game I’ve played. Holocaust denial and the promotion of hate toward all the others, it thrives. It has for decades.
