This makes me wonder what is happening out there that they are trying to get people to miss. Create a huge distraction so everyone is watching them.

Instead of representing their voters the Conservatives think their job is to say anything (including lies) to make the other parties look bad. To them, it's a never-ending popularity contest.

Children should be able to learn right from wrong and parents. The beliefs of parents should not be forced on others in the general public.
Teach your children your beliefs at home and teach them to tolerate beliefs of others.
Be as tolerant of other people's views as you would like of yours.

The 24% who answered to cut healthcare are covered by good private insurance paid for by their employers. They don't care if others can't afford to be sick as they are covered.

Why is this a question?
He is not even on payroll. He is simply a squatter. All staff and security should be cancelled unless he pays for them and he owes back rent.

No question, he is not elected, lost his seat and is just a normal citizen. He deserves no special treatment.
A rental charge at market rate for that location and all expenses for the building should be paid by the tenant.

If Alberta charged the same Provincial taxes that other provinces do they would have more money to fund the things that are provincial responsibilities that they blame on the federal government.

The reliability of Canada Post has dropped big time in the past 30 years.
We have had many packages delivered to other addresses (address on package correct).
We used to send letters to Vancouver and always 3 day service, lucky now if 15 days to arive.
Canada Post must be rebuilt.

America believes they can do anything and face zero retaliation. No we will not buy your goods unless we can't find an alternate, we will travel to other locations. We do not take threats on our country and backing out of signed agreements lightly. Sorry does not fix it.

So the Chinese producer ships the goods when they are received the tariff is applied and paid by the receiving company. How can they state that the producer will absorb the costs? How stupid do they think the American public is?

My question is what value he provided for spending all that money? The media should press him on that every day.

Dude, and yes I say that out of lack of respect, your President has been playing mind games and welching on agreements he signed since January or before. He intends to cause us financial pain so we say uncle to his demands. We can buy our goods anywhere we want. When respect is shown maybe.

Won't happen, profits are the only goal of big business.
Any false face of being charitable or for the community is only marketing.
Their loyalty is first to shareholders.

Just wait, I work for a map company and the Canada Atlas is selling out everywhere. Tourist region maps are selling well also, USA maps not very popular this year. People are planning to stay in Canada and it's going to be busy out there.

Speed limits are law, those that ignore them deserve the fines. Ford should not be on the side of those that break the law and complain about fines.

There is not a simple solution to this but building more luxury units is not the answer. Prefabricated construction might work but the more developers are involved the higher the costs would be.
It's a puzzle that needs some solid planning.

The market controls the price of real-estate. Without rent controls that were mostly removed by the provinces rents will rise unless there is a huge supply. They stopped building rental units because the return on investment was not enough to justify the cost of building. Condo market has stalled.

Profit is the driving force of business. Shareholders want their dividend. We can't expect anything else from chains. They are not good citizens they are driven by performance charts. Prices will never drop across the board. Wages will never rise to offset inflation. The rich get richer.
