judge hands Musk’s DOGE a win on data access at 3 agencies. Judge Bates of the Fed Dist Court wrote that he had grave concerns about the privacy issues raised by the case, particularly because the data “includes information on all Americans who rely on Medicare and Medicaid, as well as consumers.”
