I mean I agree Bukele/Trump are lying that they’re powerless to transfer him, but again he is an El Salvadoran citizen, not a US citizen. Does he have a passport to leave? And a withholding of removal order is not a visa, so even if he’s brought here for court, they’ll just send him to Guatemala
