Nice crowd for CIF High School Baseball here at Petco Park. Grossmont taking on Steele Canyon in our 2nd game of the day. La Jolla HS took down San Diego HS 3-2 in 8 innings this morning. Rock Academy and Calvin Christian coming up at 4pm to close out the 6-game, 2-day event.

Today's M5.2 is the largest quake near the Elsinore fault since I came to California in 1983. But there were quite a few M4s along the way. A junior sibling to the San Andreas, the Elsinore is long enough to have given us some bigger events
