The fact that they even have him on the show (and I emphasize SHOW) says that they knew what they were going to get, had him on anyway, and are just looking for a “viral” moment. It’s embarrassing to watch.

“I mean… I don’t know, George.” “Make it fucking DISGUSTING.” “Okay.”

That part of the story tells us all we need to know about who Boba Fett is through very little dialogue and I love it. Favreau’s writing in those first four episodes is top notch.

When the Empire shows up, he turns to Luke and Leia and says, “We better cheese it.”

“We’re not doing PC songs!” then sings about someone wanting another person’s skull and how they need it.

Danzig goes into some weird conspiracy theory about how the LA fires didn’t start themselves and then into a song about how you don’t go into the bathroom with him. He is one of the most unique entertainers of all time.

Oh shit! Everyone woke up for “Halloween”!

Gotta say though, seeing Danzig, Doyle, and Only having fun together is absolutely thrilling and heartening.

30 minutes into the set and “the pit” is basically gone. 😂

The moment we stop treating politics as pop culture and entertainment is the moment where we’ll stop being the laughing stock of the world.

If anyone is thinking about going to one of the screenings this weekend at The Vista… don’t. The 35mm print is so AWFUL, I almost left. The only thing that kept me there was hearing the film with theater-quality sound again. I’m baffled by why they thought they could charge people $ for that thing.
