They do a great job!!! It's really fun. Someone else commented "it's a show Murderbot would really like" haha. The first season is only encompassing the first book I believe (All Systems Red)

The book series is so fun!!! I'm so excited for you. The audiobooks are a real treat too if you're into that kind of thing.
The show so far is very close to the book, but they did remove a couple characters, and sometimes they add in bits/extend scenes so that they can make it better for TV.
