The more people in parliament who are NOT beholden to vested interest groups from - fossil fuels and mining - gambling and gaming - property developers and landlords - big media the better. #ausvotes #auspol

Make Australia Great Again? Jacinta Price had a MAGA Christmas. David Littleproud tried to bail out the NT senator by dismissing it as a slip of the tongue, blaming Labor & diverting into Australians not able to afford dinner. #ausvotes www.theguardian.com/australia-ne...

We can’t be silent in these times, our humanity is at stake.

Utterly brilliant.

Incisive journalists like Brian Glenn in his lovely suit are the only thing saving the planet from descending into savagery.

I’m happy to report signs of a Labor government. #AusPol

These are just the statements on record. Do you trust these people, #auspol? Whose songsheet are they singing from?

www.theguardian.com/australia-ne... “Many Australians say they are not aware of the Labor government’s key economic achievements and policies” That’s because msm & abc showcase only “dutton says” & spend the rest of their time demonising anything the ALP achieves.

Opinion | "[It's] a grubby deal between Labor and the Coalition that hands tens of millions more in taxpayer dollars to the major parties and attempts to lock in their incumbency."

This has been my most ambitious piece of writing so far. It's long. And I will be working on a much shorter version for a wider audience. But I also don't want to lose sight of the deep truths lurking around us. So, here is The Plot Against America. www.notesfromthecircus.com/p/the-plot-a...

So I came 2/33 in my age group in a swimming race in Busselton and I’m stoked. It was friendly and the swim was scenic, was a crowd of 15,000 people, 5000 swimmers. I celebrated with coffee and a brownie. Very pleasing.

Warning. My @smh @theage cartoon.

I am Gen X and was born in the 60's and I agree Children of the 1960s watch in pain as the story of our lifetime is erased For boomers, the rapid reversal of 1960s-era gains for civil rights, women, LGBTQ, etc., has unraveled the story of our lifetimes. www.inquirer.com/opinion/comm...

Under Dutton’s leadership the coalition parties have gone from supporting reconciliation to not wanting to be in the same room as the indigenous flag. Dutton wants a culture war. Refute his position thoughtfully, freaking out is what he wants. Respecting 60,000 years is easy to explain. #AusPol
