I think he worded it that way purposely to confuse his party's base. They read that and think "OMG, finally, there's evidence!" and it gets them riled up. Meanwhile, he can't be accused of lying because he never actually said he had evidence. Basic Fox News-style strategy.

"documents that detail allegations" means documents with claims, not actual evidence. Any MAGA tweet about the '20 election being stolen is a "document that details allegations."

Even when they scare me, I know we need pollinators (not sure if this was one, but I didn't want to take the chance). The cats are allowed to kill all the flies and miller moths they want, though 😉

You've made two huge assumptions: 1) that these people went to college (and wrote research papers), and 2) that they are capable of critical thinking. Remember that he loves the poorly educated. It's not a coincidence that the majority of college grads aren't MAGA.

They had to be dumb enough to believe it, so misled is appropriate. Brainwashing involves more active psychological manipulation. Not saying there hasn't been some of that, too, but first they needed to convince these people to listen. That was the "misleading" part.

They've been misled to believe that anything one might find in a Google search is untrustworthy, biased, MSM "fake news," and that the only real "truth" comes from MAGA and YouTube

As a business attorney, I have not found that filling out a BOIR form was "an absolute disaster" for any of my clients. But of course, my clients aren't trying to get away with something illegal, so maybe that's the issue.

Yep, never mind that I spent like 20 minutes trying to log in because they kept telling me I didn't have an account, so I missed the beginning of the show.

No fault? I have to disagree there. I personally knew/knew of at least a few people who died who were loudly and proudly rebelling against covid safety measures. They got what they asked for.

Do I believe our society is largely too sexist to elect a woman? Is that what you're asking me? Because the answer is absolutely yes. You are a perfect example of that. White cis men are great at pretending they're the only ones who can do something important.

Also your contention that "it's time for men to have a voice" is laughable given that men have had the ONLY voice in the Democratic party for nearly the entirety of its existence. Are you a misogynist?

"Alpha male"? That's a ridiculous concept and you really should stop using that term. And yeah, rights are being lost. Already new policies are mandating discrimination against LGBTQ+ people. Information is free; get off social media and do some research. Start with the ACLU

Both your reading comprehension skills & your knowledge of current events are woefully deficient. I didn't call Trump Hitler and I didn't call myself fragile. The LGBTQ+ community is being stripped of its rights as we speak and women have already lost rights, too. You are obvi here to troll.

If you can get a couple million people to participate and it makes a difference, cool. I'm just telling you that FOR ME, it would result in me losing my ability to ever earn a living in my field again, and that's not worth it to me. Saving $10-20/wk is a better plan than waiting on a tax refund.

They've already begun coming for me. I'm a member of the LGBTQ+ community and a woman. "Winning" is ~4 years away. Midterms are ~2 years away. Look at what Hitler's administration did in its 1st year (it looks A LOT like the US in 2025) and tell me we don't need to resist 🙄 FOH with your BS

I'm not getting anything back because I had the correct amount withheld. Also I'm not looking to lose my license to practice law over a conviction for tax evasion. Happy to resist in a meaningful way that won't just cut off my nose.

I generally get most of my groceries from Imperfect Foods, but have some fresh items that I eat daily and buy multiple times a week. H Mart is somewhat close but the smell of the store overwhelms me so it's hard for me to shop there (had the same problem with Albertson's).

How do you not pay your taxes when your employer is withholding them already? My taxes were already paid for 2024; not filing does nothing but let the government keep the $29 I'm getting as a refund.

The message is "We're not going to sit idly by as you strip us of our rights." If that message isn't good enough for you and you're only willing to fight tyranny when the message meets your qualifications, feel free to wait until they come for you instead.

Police and firefighters often vote Republican. Teachers not so much. I think it's probably an even mix among all other government workers.

I have arthritis in one of my hands, which makes it very difficult for me to use a manual can opener. Conveniences come with drawbacks, but it doesn't make those of us who use them lazy. If every pull top can led to recalls, I may agree with you that it's a bad idea. But that's simply not the case.
comment in response to

I live in a small place and have to keep my can opener put away because I don't have the counter space for it. Pull tops save me a couple steps, so I appreciate them. If that is what makes me lazy and stupid according to you, so be it.

A man who uses his music to protest police brutality is performing that music on a stage during a game whose organizers ruined the career of another man for protesting police brutality during games. If you don't think those two things are connected, you deserve the condescension.
