Just a fun fact about some of these meds - if you try to quit the one I’m on for anxiety cold turkey you can die! If you forget one dose you get brain zaps which are worse than they sound. But yes if they take my meds and I don’t die, expect vengeance.

So I was looking for a way to re-up my CPR and first aid certifications because of the state of the world, and it turns out the Red Cross has a 4 hour online course. You don’t get an official certification but I’m hoping it will be a good refresher for things I used to know.
