What happened at the White House is a disgrace, and have only accelerated this: European leadership unites with support of its people. Brings Canada & UK along & improve ties to India, while it turns away from its old ally in the US. Still hope for a US grassroot resistance movement.

I predict that very shortly the true differentiator for customer centricity is real humans…

USA teaming up with China and Russia… in not condemning the Ukraine invasion… WTF!!! I mean the two others… yeah, ok! But USA… ???

What is Organizational Network Analysis? - If you are told it is a piece of software, then you are talking to someone who might as well be selling you a used car. Here is what it is. An analytical approach invented in the 1930'ies. I discuss this in this podcast: open.spotify.com/episode/7ug5...

Doing good for others is doing good for yourself. Spent the Sunday volunteering at a local 5/10km run. 1350 participants. We were 25 volunteers in total, and I am still amazed how we pulled it of leaving so many people happy and connected 😃

I write & curate the Innovisor #newsletter that lands in the inbox of subscribers this week. On change, on OD, on Leadership and everything in between —> the success defining power of networks. Subscribe NOW and get acesss to a FREE #whitepaper: jeppehansgaard.gumroad.com/l/newsletter

Three years since Russia invaded Ukraine. Let’s never forget. #SlavaUkraine

Warming up in Denmark.

Same boat. Thursday and then today.

Change initiatives often fail due to a top-down approach that ignores key influencers. @jeppehansgaard.bsky.social found that just 3% of employees shape 90% of opinions. Engaging them early boosts buy-in and ensures smoother transitions. hrbrain.ai/blog/why-mos...

Congrats to Canada 🇨🇦 🏒

Remember not to judge all US Americans based on what is going on right now. You cannot generalize.

47 to go… … and yes, I am both talking about number of months and presidents…

Let’s not focus on the lies & distractions coming from the new US government anymore, and make sure we stand with and support Ukraine and Zelenskiy. Focus on the objective. Ignore the noise.

Forget the org chart. The real power in your company lies within the informal networks that no one is tracking—until now. Jeppe Hansgaard has spent years studying how just 3% of employees drive 90% of influence. 1/3

The Danish foreign minister (and former PM) just said. 1/3 of my life has been with the iron curtain dividing Europe, 1/3 with growth and free trade… now I look to the last 1/3 being under influence of a new security agenda.

I enjoy experiencing European political leaders showing the world what leadership is. Yes, provoked by Russia and the new US leadership… But it is a study of great change leadership that I enjoy observing from a professional pov. Right now they show they have the fundamentals in place.

Join us! Ethics must be high on your agenda, if you do ONA.

Will speak with a Change Management CoP tomorrow. Here is my final slide. DM me, if you also would like to rethink your change approaches OR just want to be inspired by the Six Change Blockers-intelligence.

Doing a leadership diagnostic again. 150 people. Perfect size. Recommended interventions will be very practical and results immediately visible. Again proving THICK DATA beats BIG DATA. #ONA #OrganizationalNetworkAnalysis #Leadership @innovisor.bsky.social

Sunrise at my local harbour. The daily dose of awe.

Hey, I know the guy in that picture… 😉 Strong recommendation to listen in tomorrow.

Didn’t get out for my usual morning run today, so had to settle for a run in my lunch break. Also ok. Yes, it is a castle in the picture. As old as the USA.

Feeling of belonging > Great strategy Too many orgs focus on strategy over relationships, leaving people disconnected and lonely people are 90% more likely to leave their job and no one to implement the strategy. Get out newsletter for insights like this: jeppehansgaard.gumroad.com/l/newsletter

The Power of Unity - Happening in Europe right now: “We will always be better and stronger if we unite together to tackle a task or problem.”

Spectacular sunrise run today.

I love borders that are fluid, so I can cross them without hindrance. It improves innovation, connectivity and wellbeing. In organizations & between countries like at this border station btw Germany and Denmark, where economy has flourished and unity created thru a border build on mutual trust.

Things NOT to do in change: 🚫Flip a coin – Hope is not a strategy. 🚫Trust gut feeling – If your gut feeling is leading change, so is uncertainty. Use data. What to do instead: ✔️Engage the right people – The 3% who influence 90% of the organization should be your priority #ThreePercentRule

Morning run… luckily I did not need the sign for directions

Okay, then…

“A seat at the table” has long been the dream for many executives in support functions like HR, Comms, and IT. But here is a secret… The decisions are not made at the table. They are made in the informal networks. In what we used to call the water cooler chats. So know the networks!

One thing we all can do to make the world a better place is to smile at the people we meet throughout the day. Especially at those we do not know.
