Gaga was great. The Byrne-Robin bit was fun. The SNL alum bits were excellent, especially the Lonely Island medley. The Arcade Fire set was all right until it didn't end. We fast forwarded through Post Nirvana after about 30 seconds.

@merrdiff.bsky.social Get lots of rest. Take it easy, don't push yourself. Absorb low-bar content. I really feel like the folks who push through this recover less well, from what I've seen.

When I had COVID, I had just spent 2 weeks in Australia. Holed up alone in our bedroom, Huds was 10 months and stayed with my parents. Not holding my baby for 3 weeks taught me that A) did not ever want COVID again and B) no more trips of more than 5 nights unless Best Reason Ever until he's 5.

Fuck. Just saw your post. I am so sorry. I got it two years ago and with all my travel coming up, I'm masking it up so I still get to do these trips AND not bring anything home to my fam or friends or band or lab or anyone else. :(

That one looks like it slides. Good point, I'm sure they'll thank me for taking their incorrect sign away!

As a mama to an almost 3 year old, I can't tell you how much finding your work has meant, especially right now. Thank you for sharing your journey so beautifully.

I flew two weeks ago uneventfully, but it just keeps getting weirder out there.

Thank you. I know a couple folks doing sites and I think it's a great thing to have, they are doing amazing work and it's much appreciated what your friends are doing.

Easier to write it in chunks than one go? But yeah. What. Where is the feedback.

I would be honored if you did. I think about the Tragedy Series all the time, especially these days, and Hudson is consistently my Sadness Reprieve. <3 More from his snowventures with his papa @royalpdx.bsky.social.

Part of it is that the boosters are getting updated on a schedule that isn't necessarily in line with what everyone's "annual" might be. My lab is inside a VA hospital, so we were encouraged to get the newest booster if it'd been more than 6 months since our last.

I'll take the coffee if it means I get to hang with you for a bit! Yeah, absolutely, I'll send you the whole PDF and this cut down bit.

Current American recommendation is 6 months to a year, I think, but the biggest problems are access and clear communication, which are not about to get better. :/
