Today!! Find out how we set-up and ran storytelling workshops with community members from 3 global health research projects for NIHR. www.eventbrite.com/e/enhancing-...

So proud of my team and all our @nationalvoices.bsky.social lived experience partners who helped bring this all together. And thanks Helen for taking part in the launch event too. So impressed we had over 400 delegates! :) Friends, colleagues, stakeholders read below … you have been dared.

At #cqc event to launch the framework for addressing health inequalities www.cqc.org.uk/local-system... so pleased to see this brought to life! @jacoblant.bsky.social @sarahmassie.bsky.social Bola Owalabi as always so eloquent, ‘this isn’t just a tool this a real framework to drive improvement’!

Thanks for sharing @chrisham.bsky.social I completely agree. Imagine if each interaction with a person about their health concerns included, ‘what part are you able to play in leading and managing your own health and care?’

Any good suggestions for a quiet place to work and do a couple of calls in central London tomorrow?? 🙏

Hey 👋🏻 I know money is tight in the #Charity Sector at the moment, so in the spirit of sharing, I’m offering some #Free time every Friday to talk #SocialImpact #Measurement. Not catches, just book on and let’s chat. You can just book in here: trst.uk/FridayFreebie Please share this post!

So pleased with how many people are showing interest in the #10year plan workshop in a box #WIAB - we’ve had nearly 200 people join the briefing sessions so far. The potential for al many hyper local conversations informing a national plan feels very hopeful! @thinksinsight.bsky.social

I saw these at the local recycling centre today and sighed. I might check if you can upload photos to the NHS Plan engagement website…

I’m loving leading the briefings on the #workshopinabox for the #10yearhealthplan fab to see how many people are planning to run with it. I feel properly excited. Imagine 100 or even 200 🤩 hyper local community and staff workshops informing the plan?!? How cool is that! @thinksinsight.bsky.social

Off to an RCGP breakfast this morning to discuss everyone’s favourite topic right now … the NHS 10 Year Plan. With plans to shift more care in to the community there should be lots of opportunities for primary care, but only if we work communities to shape them.

If you have children in a state secondary in London, or work for one, I can come and give a wee careers talk about what's it like working in the VCSE. It's nothing spectacular, but there is always a few lovely young people whose ears prick up when I eulogise about work with purpose.

@sarahfmassie.bsky.social hello 👋

I am so pleased that the Workshop in a Box we've been developing @thinksinsight.bsky.social to support conversations about the 10 year plan for health #nhs is now available!! change.nhs.uk/en-GB/folder... I'm really excited for people to pick this up and run with it - reaching deep into communities.

I’m always so energised by a day in a room with members of the public who are actively interested and engaged in the challenges and possibilities of our #nhs. A great day on Saturday in #mbro for the 10 year health plan with @thinksinsight.bsky.social

Really excited about the first of the public deliberations on the 10 year plan for #health #nhs tomorrow! 🤩 @thinksinsight.bsky.social

@richtaunt.bsky.social good to see you here ☺️

I don’t know who made this graphic but it’s pretty good.

I haven’t seen a health and health inequalities starter pack so have had a go here ⬇️⬇️ I am sure there are loads more people I could add so do let me know if you would like me to add you have suggestions go.bsky.app/H8D78hv

The National Theatre’s production of ‘Nye’ starring Michael Sheen is available for free for a few days on YouTube. I’ve just watched the first half and it’s fabulous. Will catch the second half tomorrow; after this week I’m in need of an early night. youtu.be/hpN--d5bXSY?...

Genuinely excited about our work to facilitate many conversations that will take place and feed into the #nhs #10yrplan with @thinksinsight.bsky.social this feels different 🤞

Excited to see our hard work @thinksinsight.bsky.social on the #10yrplan starting to come to fruition! Supporting real conversations about the future of health and care.

Brilliant but tiring week. Loving the inspiring work I’m doing to support a people led culture of care through transition @wearehere #mskhealth #sussex

Having a really inspiring day working with #healthcare #leadership MSc students at Brighton and Sussex Med School. Discussion the importance of visibility of leadership teams.

Good morning from #sunnyworthing

Today I have achieved!! I left home with an umbrella and it’s still on my possession at the end of the day 🙌

I’m not a fan of the medical metaphors that are peppering some recent reports - it lacks imagination and leans right back into the medical model when the issues are mostly social.

Thanks as always @charlotteaugst.bsky.social always insightful - as you say so well - the how is the hard bit - moving from rhetoric to reality. Let’s use the resources to get in rooms with real people and practice and make it work from there.

Excited to rock up for my first day on the teaching team for Healthcare Leadership and Change Management MSc at Sussex Uni 😊

Optimistic the publication of 3 reports this week signal the energy shift for ⬆️ change. It's not the job of others though, it is the job of us all, patients, citizens, carers, health professionals, managers, politicians - a whole society push with everyone stepping in to their part in the change.

More good stuff from the Darzi review being pre-briefed. He is absolutely right that the NHS is “undercapitalised” compared with other health systems Since 1970, there have only been 2 years when we've invested more than the OECD average www.thetimes.com/uk/healthcar...

NHS England is looking for new members to join the advisory group for work that affects people with a learning disability, autistic people and families. Lots of support available to help with applications, so please spread this message widely. Applications close on 30 September.

What an inspiring day yesterday - exploring how to find the wood in the trees with @charlotteaugst.bsky.social and friends 🌳

Great to catch up with Helen from @ideasalliance this morning for a breakfast chat. What a treat to be able to connect with likeminded work friends and colleagues so close to home in #worthing
