in levels that use legacy ship physics, (every level pre-2.2) dual ship uses the gravity of upside-down ship, which is significantly heavier. so most people find it more natural to focus on the upside-down ship

That’s fair. tbh I didn’t find this level to be THAT 2nd half heavy, but near the end of my time with the level i was very consistently getting past 50%. especially since its XL i can understand the frustration
