Specifically the Supreme Court said: "The notice must be afforded within a reasonable time and in such a manner as will allow them to actually seek habeas relief in the proper venue before such removal occurs.” 3/3

They removed the prohibition against using the Alien Enemies Act *BUT* 1) they are requiring notice and an opportunity to be heard in court for anyone subject to deportation under the AEA, and 2) this is *ONLY* while the lower courts are deciding about the use of the AEA. 2/3
