The program of the Trump administration, across a range of policy areas, is to make Wilhoit’s Law the law of the land. In a world of Wilhoitians be a Rawlsian.

Thanks for the weather report, Robert. My daughter and son-in-law live in Clovelly. …A long way from Boston.

I’m old enough to remember when 18 y.o. double-casked, single malt scotch drove consumer rates.

What’s the point of covering the WH anyway? Other than perhaps sending your theater critic.

I thought this was a joke. It’s no joke.

Yes, I poked around a little and came up with 40-60 dB.

*Not* “policy/agency”; rather program/agency.

I say there’s a colorable case for the Representative to be granted standing within the confines of Raines v. Byrd. @tribelaw.bsky.social?

The injury that is personal to the Congressional Representative? The complete vitiation of the authority vested in him/her by his/her constituents to represent them, and nullification of the Representative’s vote(s).

Yes, was thinking I’d have. To replace current double doors with double louvered doors. Tbe basement is finished, but not furnished, so used for storage/laundry. Do manufacturers provide dB levels I wonder, like dishwasher manufacturers?

The FAWGs have been great at level-setting the obstacles impeding the energy transformation. They include regulators, policy-makers, unions, advocates, etc. in addition to the utilities. E.g. @zeynebmagavi.bsky.social from this pod 👇🏻 is on OET’s Advisory Board. www.volts.wtf/p/thermal-en...

…And OET has hit the ground running, establishing four stakeholder Focus Area Working Groups: one re decarbonizing the peak, one re financing the transition, one seeking to reduce or eliminate gas utility reliance on the nation’s only onshore LNG *import* terminal, and one examining the nexus b/t…

Well, for one, Mass. is the only state with an Office of Energy Transformation. “[OET’s] mission is to accelerate the energy transformation, with a focus on gas-to-electric transition, electric grid readiness, and an affordable and just transition for workers, businesses, and communities.”
