I feel like we've lost sight of the common good, and have given way to selfishness and false idealism. We used to believe that Democrats, were for the working class, the bulwark against corporate excesses. Not so. I believe it's hard for people to get excited or feel they have a voice.

Wow, good thing we have a anti-vax crackpot in charge of our HHS Dept., maybe he can explain how prior to the MMR vaccine there were over 450 deaths in the US attributed to measles.

Indiscriminate firings of Pentagon workers, weakens our national security. We are now more vulnerable to attacks by our adversaries, who will they blame then.

Well, I think we must remember that oligarchs, have global interests. Like America, it serves their interests to control other governments, to remove impediments to their profit taking.

I think the Democrats have been at the corporate trough so long, they'll never give it up. They even undermine other more progressive democrats. You would have to root out Dems who take PAC money and bar lobbyists from engaging with them.
