Funny enough, you can play addons and demo recordings on the Apple Macintosh version of Descent. This version of Descent is the closest of what could've been that one planned CD Enhanced version of the game. (We ended up getting just Descent II instead for us IBM users craving SVGA and Redbook)

Older picture of my favourite build.
